My birthday’s coming up. And what do I want? Well, besides a billion cookbooks, there are a few recipes I’m particularly in need of:
- gluten free/dairy free cinnamon rolls
- a gluten free/dairy free red velvet cake
- gluten free/dairy free english muffins
I’d be stoked to find these recipes even if they involved the use of eggs, as long as they’re free of gluten and dairy… I’ve become really adept at substituting eggs with other things, and could probably work it out after a few tries. I also have a few friends who are GF/DF yet still eat eggs, so they’d be really excited to find these recipes, eggs or otherwise.
Also, thanks to my fabulous husband who registered Wasabimon.com for me, which forward back to here. Yay!
And because I like to always include some sort of visual element, here are the gorgeous flowers that Whit left on my desk:

Well, after last night’s Grey’s Anatomy — what girl isn’t CRAVING Red Velvet Cake right now??
I am a Celiac who is also a Vegan — and my boyfriend’s out of town, and I have a final to study for. So you can almost GUARANTEE that on the flip side of this weekend, I’ll have a recipe for you…
