I’ve been curious about raw food lately, and have decided to try out a few dishes. I don’t plan to go entirely raw, but I’m sure that increasing my raw intake will definitely make me feel really good, physically.
When I first approached this raw food idea, my first reaction was “No way! I could never just live on fruits and vegetables. What about my sauces? And pastas? Yikes!” After a little research though, I discovered that it’s not about eating cucumbers and bananas for every meal. In fact, there are lots of really interesting and tasty things you can make, especially if you’re armed with a dehydrator. And almost everything is gluten free and SCD compliant! Can’t beat that with a stick.
So! I’m going to post my findings here and there. If you know of something that I just *must* try or *must* know, spill it! I’m still new to this and am always looking for more info.
A fine example of raw food (who knew?):
