On a trip to Norway, I tasted goat cheese that reminded me of caramel. It was delicious. Thanks for the introduction to Happy Goat caramels. They appear to be much healthier than other types of caramels.

LOVE the styling of the first photo – that pail is adorable! And I’ll be giving goat milk caramels to all of my lactose-intolerant friends. No reason why they should be denied any longer.
