		<description>Garrett- Is there a place where I should be teaching in Sac? I&#039;m from the area and would happily make a trip up. Of course I&#039;d make you take me to the best cheese counter in the city while I&#039;m there :).
I attribute all I know about cheese (and wine for that matter) to tasting, reading, and talking to the people who make and sell it. It doesn&#039;t hurt that I learn every time I teach either.
