My last post was me not tracking. I was looking at more than 1 cookbook. Once I got back to Elana's cookbook, there was no issue of butter ! I am tired of trying too many things. I am now rereading what she has said about ingredients and ordering the right products.
Cooking with the right almond flour and ingredients make soo much sense.

I was looking at the Lemon Bars rescipe. I was wondering if anyone has experimented with using coconut oil in place of all that butter ?
Thanks, N

Well, I'll give you this: that brownie looks GREAT. I think it's time for lunch...or at least for a brownie.

Elana is one of my favorite bloggers! She has revolutionized my baking. I used to get all foggy and sleepy eating starchy gf baked goods, but with almond flour? No more! I feel fab and satisfied after one or two. The starchy ones? I could eat half a dozen ',(. Now I am making my own recipes and people go nuts for them. I have to say they taste even better than their less nutritious cousins.

BTW, Always love reading your blog Stephanie ;)
