We have a customer that cannot have Gluten and we&#039;ve really wanted to find a treat that we could make for her that was gluten free and sounded good. Maybe I just haven&#039;t looked closely enough, but this is the first recipe that has actually appealed to me.</description>

		<description>I realized the request was for gravy, sorry,  here&#039;s the gravy recipe:
mash together 1T sorgham flour &amp; 1T olive oil, or butter, if you are eating dairy.
put into a saucepan on med heat, have a cup of broth ready, chicken or veg.  As soon as it begins to sizzle begin whisking in the liquid very very  slowly until it is all assimilated and there are no lumps.  turn heat down a bit, add blk pepper, crushed garlic, a bit of ginger, Celtic sea salt, finely chopped FRESH herbs of your choice.  I prefer sage, rosemary and tarragon.  I you want the sauce to  be a cream sauce, a bit of almond &amp; rice mild gives you that effect.</description>
